After the applicable retention period, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. If you request account deletion, Jilli will process your request promptly, subject to any legal retention obligations that prevent immediate deletion.

The Jilli platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Jilli does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If Jilli discovers that a minor has registered an account, the account will be closed immediately and any associated data deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
