Jilli operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID, passport, or utility bill — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time Jilli deems necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Deposits to your Jilli account are processed instantly using the payment methods available on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Jilli does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once verification is complete, Jilli processes withdrawals promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Jilli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Jilli are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as real money. New Jilli players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available to players who have not previously held a Jilli account. Jilli takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will have their account suspended and any associated winnings forfeited. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, Jilli reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be paid out. Jilli's decision in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jilli platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

Nothing in these Terms limits Jilli's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Jilli's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your continued use of the Jilli platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting Jilli support.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jilli Gaming Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
